Hi Wurzels,
With one Moderator recently returning from the tractor capital of the Uk, and the other bouncing around a lot- we're ready for a good summer of tractor driving, scrumpy drinking and Wurzeling in general! Also this summer, as well as the freak-out, we hope to be holding a Wurzelmania barbeque (with the venue to be decided...) perhaps including a water slide if we can wrangle it!
We are considering having a proper Wurzel style freak-out this summer so let us know if you're interested in coming (free pixie sticks and paper to eat!)
Also, if you sit within 15 metres of us tomorrow between 9:10 and 10:50 and shout out 'Wurzelmania' at an inappropriate time you will receive FIVE free pixie sticks!
The first person to print out a picture of a tractor and present it to us tomorrow between 9:10 and 10:50 wins a pixie stick!
This month's competition... Who can get a picture of themselves touching the most tractor-like vehicle? The winner gets a mystery sweetie-shaped prize (judged by the admins and mods)
Please remember that the more you post the more we will like you (and the less we will edit your posts to make you look weird).
There will be a prize for the member who can recruit the most new members to Wurzelmania this month. Good luck!
Please also give a warm welcome to our new moderator, Sweeney. I'm sure he was very happily surprised to learn of his new position, so please take the time to congratulate him in person (and if you do we will give you another 3 pixie sticks).
